Innovation presentation

For planned treatment, the policyholder's journey is as follows: - The policyholder receives a quote for medical care/treatment. - They send this quote to our teams, who check that it is covered by the policy they have taken out. - Once the quote has been validated, we immediately create a digital payment card and send a link to the policyholder by email. - The card is instantly loaded with the amount needed to cover medical treatment. - The policyholder clicks on the link to save the card into the Wallet on their phone. They receive the treatment indicated on the quote and pay directly with their Easy Pay Card. - They then send us the paid invoice via their APRIL International app.

In case of an emergency, members can call our teams 24/7. They will support him and, if needed, guide him to the appropriate/nearest medical facility while arranging for the Easy Pay Card to be sent to them via email. Once saved the Wallet, the card can be used again and we are able to top it up each time it’s needed.
