Innovation presentation

Our mindset of making things simple for our clients, also to show our customers only what they need/want (hyper personalization). The global search can show results predictible while the user starts typing, searches by synonyms and “dirty search” if the user misspelled any word. All of this has resulted in an increasing number of user’s access, currently reaching the figure of 3M accesses per month in Santander Spain. For the same reason, our app also has a new option of having a basic global position with the aim of reaching the goal of simplicity. Now we are releasing new data-driven clustered GP, Simplicity is relative, and the customer only recognizes "its simplicity" as the good one. We have enough data to offer segmented capabilities, which will allow us to simplify the relationship model, accompany the customer in its digital maturity and linkage, with a progressive adoption of "capabilities" based on data. Not only the Global Position, but all shortcuts are also clustered by the personal data of the customer. With data we create Real Time Offers, we are now able to have smarter digital conversations with the customer as Santander App can dynamically adapt, maximize experience and sales capabilities according to customer needs. It includes a set of renders, locations, and actions available at real time to maximize configuration and boost sales. Thank you to this new approach, we’ve launched several cross-selling tools contextualized on different user journeys.

The objectives of the Santander Key project are to enhance security, streamline processes, and improve the customer experience. The target audience is broad, encompassing all customers engaging in digital transactions. The innovation lies in leveraging biometrics and secured device authentication to provide a robust and user-friendly signing solution.
