This project connects a traditional insurer and a digital bank to offer residential insurance through the partner’s app. Its main objectives are to modernize customer experience by eliminating bureaucracies, expand digital service accessibility, and reduce operational costs. Inspired by the growing demand for digital self-service, it represents incremental innovation, focusing on distribution and convenience without altering the insurance concept. Departments involved include E-commerce, IT, and strategic marketing. Results to date: successful pilot testing, national launch, and positive customer feedback.
