The Bradesco App's New Investment Home was created to offer a complete, fluid and personalized experience for all investor profiles - from those who already invest to those who don't even know they can. The big difference lies in usability, with simple and complete journeys to access and contract products, all without leaving the app. In the case of Ágora Investimentos, for example, the client registers and can already buy more than a thousand fixed-income products, with prices starting at R$1.00, in agile journeys and with expert advice always at hand. The central concept is to democratize access to investments, promote financial education and facilitate planning according to objectives, with functionalities that help clients monitor their portfolio, performance, evolution and distribution of assets. The experience was designed to reduce journey abandonment and encourage diversification in a practical and intuitive way. The initiative involved various areas such as Digital Channels, Investments, Technology, UX/UI, Data and Marketing, and continues to result in a significant increase in accesses to the New Home, greater use of the “Investments by Objectives” feature, an increase in funding for Bradesco and Ágora products, as well as significant advances in loyalty and in encouraging financial education.
