Insurance distribution in Cambodia has traditionally been fragmented, manual, and product-led. PGI set out to fundamentally change this.

We re-architected distribution around an ecosystem model anchored by deep bancassurance partnerships, digital enablement, and cross-entity collaboration. Insurance is no longer sold as a standalone product; it is embedded naturally within customers’ financial interactions through banking and partner platforms.

Digital capability underpins the model, enabling online quotation, streamlined issuance, policy servicing, and claims support for bancassurance customers and bank staff. This approach removes friction, improves trust, and makes insurance accessible at scale.

The model is live, scaled, and validated through strong retention, sustained growth, and independent industry recognition. PGI has not added channels instead we have reinvented how protection reaches customers.
