Sigortayeri is a sales, marketing and technology platform that distributes a variety of products of prominent insurance companies. Our value is offering choices to our customers to meet their exact needs and distribute them through variety of alternative channels. Sigortayeri aims to touch customers with 8 different distribution channels and service them a seamless customer experience in Turkey, where agencies dominated the insurance market with %69 market share. In addition to our self-service channels like mobile, web(Sigortayeri.com), kiosk, affiliates etc., we currently service our products on physical channels like post offices, dealers, shops in order to realize our multichannel strategy by being accessible on everywhere and every time. While insurance market is dominated by agencies, Turkey currently has 2 million mobile banking, 15 million internet banking and 7 million active e-commerce customers. Unfortunately, insurance market can’t keep up with the times and could not create alternatives for distribution channels. Between January to July 2013 (first year of our multichannel approach), Sigortayeri reached 61 million TL premium production and ranked as 33th out of 61 in insurance market as if it was an insurance company. Premium growth of the company reached to %300.
