Core Finans Mobile - Basemap is a tool which would make an era in banking sector and has changed it's -the way of doing business-. It was a dream and this dream was realized today.

Finansbank has undertaken many ‘firsts’ to improve its quality of service, improving the lives of both its customers and employees. Its most recent initiative is Core Finans Mobile – Basemap, a Windows 8.1-compatible tablet application, which has been developed to improve the efficiency of Finansbank corporate banking employees (SME, MME, corporate) in the field.

The Core Finans Mobile – Basemap app has enabled the bank to:

• Offering banking services outside the bank

• Expand its CRM efforts beyond the bank

• Carry out location-based management, monitoring and reporting of customer visits

• Achieve instant communication with HQ, branches and customers during field visits

• Systematically acquire new customers by using map and satellite information and cross sell to them

• Optimise its operations, control costs, and determine the best locations to open branches.

With the Basebook CRM Module in the Core Finans Mobile – Basemap app, Finansbank employees can see the past and present needs of corporate customers and take advantage of 500 different parameters to predict their future needs (based on patent-pending analytics). Basebook enables them to develop a personal relationship and marketing strategy with each customer. They are provided with access to any information that they may need during a customer visit, helping them to take appropriate action. The app also stores all new information from a customer visit on the system to create a corporate memory. This information is used to determine future customer needs and help employees to act accordingly.

Basemap allows relationship managers to identify existing and prospective corporate customers in Turkey and locate them using satellite support. Equipped with a tablet, relationship managers can meet their customers’ needs without having to return to the branch.

With the location module, employees can quickly access the most relevant information they need, using their time outside the bank in the most efficient way. The module shows the details of relationship managers’ location/branch and active/inactive or potential customers within the selected area. The GPS-supported module helps relationship managers identify nearby prospective clients. They can then find out what requirements that particular prospect has, so that they can offer the most appropriate products and improve customer acquisition rates.

The application uses satellite services, and activates certain CRM features when the customer and tablet locations match. This provides the ability to monitor visits and transactions that have been performed, helping to manage the field teams in an effective manner.

The Databook Module also gives relationship managers the ability to divide customers into segments by region/branch or by using the portfolio’s custom filters (customer value, rating, location). This allows them to better plan their day and make the best use of their time.

Uniqueness of the project

Core Finans Mobile - Basemap is the first selling and CRM tool that shows all current and potential customer locations alongside tailored banking solutions/information. The module can even determine the needs of businesses that aren’t customers of Finansbank.

The application uses satellite services, and activates certain CRM features when the customer and tablet locations match. This provides the ability to monitor visits and transactions that have been performed, helping to manage the field teams in an effective manner.

Finansbank can now take its banking services to the customer and relationship managers can carry out any transaction that they would normally have only been able to do in the branch.

Core Finans Mobile – Basemap is one of the most widely used CRM/banking tools in the world running on Microsoft Windows 8.1.
