Our innovative solution leverages Azure Document Intelligence and a sophisticated Custom Image Matching algorithm for processing of Consumer Durable Loans (CDL) documentation. Leveraging these state-of-the-art capabilities including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), we have automated the end-to-end operational leg, slashing processing time from 5 mins to 10 secs per document. This reduced manual verification errors eg. Verification of EMI amounts, customer and vendor names and addresses, product identification details etc, were tallied precisely across the invoice and system generated delivery orders. By integrating advanced OCR capabilities, we ensured accurate text extraction even from low resolution or complex documents with unprecedented accuracy.
Powered by cutting-edge FaceNet and MTCNN technologies, our solution delivers robust image detection and matching functionalities, verifying and aligning images across diverse documents i.e. verifying whether the live image clicked in the vendor store matched with the ID document provided by customer (PAN/Aadhar Card/Passport etc). Importantly, our integration seamlessly integrated into live ecosystems without necessitating modifications to upstream or downstream processes, preserving operational continuity and enhancing overall efficiency.
