With the Allianz Replacement Solution, claims handlers can make an offer on the day a customer makes a claim by assessing the content loss based on live Amazon prices.
Allianz customers can immediately receive an Amazon gift code for the agreed amount, which they can then spend on amazon.fr to replace their lost goods, or buy something else.
Much like the tool it has for claims handlers to determine the value of paintings, Allianz wanted to provide a tool that would allow claims handlers to make immediate offers based on current market prices.
