Through this project, going beyond of the standard training model, the movements and usage patterns of the employees are on the "Basic Banking Application Screen" where all banking transactions are carried out personally and on the same screen. Experiences - such as methodical training given to VakıfBank's employees in the form of "face-to-face and e-learning", giving it to a group or a role as standard type training, and not being clear when a new training is needed - are the basic issues we have discussed within the scope of "future of work". And all these issues guided us to new searches with this point of view. With the coming together of Artificial Intelligence teams, VakıfBank's Education Unit and process owners, an AI-based model was adopted to reveal the potential of the employees, increase their performance, and thus ensure permanent learning. This project whose design principle was determined as "the system that can learn and teach” aims: • Providing the training that employees need, on the Basic Banking Application Screen and other processes that they use, in addition to the standard training model, • Spreading VakıfBank's internal resources, knowledge and providing internal trainer resources through the system when needed, • Providing training by blending the legislation with the practical use of the screen and the other processes and to provide integration with VakıfBank's training infrastructure and information set in a way that provides a two-way feed. • Parallel to these objectives, it was aimed to ensure that the Bank's internal trainer resource and know-how can be accessed via the system when needed, to ensure a continuous cooperation between the employee and the Bank, to carry out the transactions without the need. So, these objectives are for the support of the central team too, and so that they don't feel alone while doing it. In line with these goals, the project was implemented by selecting a frequently used financial screen with a high error scale to be experienced. And trainings designed at different levels according to the user's model behavior results were successfully assigned to the users. With the project, the new generation learning/teaching model is in harmony with the “future of work” strategy in this sense.
