When our customers were facing a tough time since COVID to do their banking activities on ground, we developed and launched a fully digital process, and since then have incorporated features like a Bank Statement Analyzer that utilizes machine learning algorithms to swiftly and accurately assess the financial health of SME applicants. As well as leveraging technology to perform risk assessments while helping reduce fraudulent cases. This feature enables the bank to offer faster loan approvals and better-informed lending decisions, as we’re committed to creating the best experience for our customers through efficient digital solutions. Alliance Digital SME uses a different approach than the rest where our priorities is to ensure the best user-friendly app-based approach . Borrowers can now complete the entire loan application process, from submission to approval, from the comfort of their own devices, reducing time and effort typically associated with traditional banking interactions. This digital transformation aligns with Alliance Bank’s customer-centric approach, focusing on accessibility and convenience in financial services.
