Innovation presentation

This program aims to leverage the internal talents across the bank to boost the experimentation of emerging technologies. It is organized in three-to-four-month seasons. Each season four technological use cases are suggested, and collaborators can apply to any of them on a voluntary basis. The voluntary candidates, which will participate while carrying on with their day-to-day duties, are then organized in teams and each team, with the assistance of the innovation lab staff, would first familiarize itself with the relevant technology, as no prior expertise is required. Depending on the technology’s complexity, the help of an external specialized startup is also enlisted to assist the participants. The team then proceeds to design and prototype a proof of concept that they present at the end of the season to a large audience including top management. If the POC is convincing enough, it can be industrialized with the help of our digital factory.
