As a part of KBC Group, UBB decided to smart copy the design from KBC Belgium, especially knowing that KBC Mobile was awarded as the best bank app for 2021. This motivated UBB to implement this innovative and fresh design in UBB Mobile app, in order to assure that its customers will have one of the best user experiences, while using the application. The action that was taken was to smart copy the design from KBC Mobile Belgium and align the changes to our local market and specifics.
