With our vision of becoming the “Bank of the Future” and robust digital banking infrastructure, we continuously enhance our capabilities to meet the evolving financial needs of our digital customers by leveraging technology in the most efficient and up-to-date form. Aligned with our human-centric technology approach, we have set a goal to deliver the right solutions at the right time by knowing, listening to and understanding our users. Our mobile banking strategy is focused on hyper-personalization and is supported by generative AI-powered scenarios. We aim is to harness the power of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analytics to create a dynamic, client-centric mobile banking experience. By utilizing generative AI and predictive analytics, we are able to offer customers tailored financial solutions that are not only highly relevant but also proactive. We keep improving İşCep, which is at the centre of our digital banking services, for our 14 million personal and 1 million commercial users. With the launch of İşCep’s new “Version.You (SenCep)” we have entered a new era in user experience. The Redesigned Interface, customizable homepage and easy-to-navigate menu structure enable significantly faster, simpler and more personalized day-to-day banking interactions. With İşCep’s new dashboards, our commercial customers can choose in between My Summary Dashboard, My Cards Dashboard, My POS – Merchant Dashboard and My Loans Dashboard to customize them using drag and drop widgets. My Summary Dashboard’s serves as a landing page for our commercials customers and enabling users to view their several different key information at once. With the help of customizable widgets, our customers can see their deposit balance, last financial transactions, upcoming payments, daily cash flow balance and total of their all assets. With several shortcuts to our most popular transactions (which can be changed by our customers according to their most used transactions), offers, a quick contact to customer representive and currency calculator. My Cards Dashboard, consolidates credit cards, virtual cards and debit cards with their all key information. Our customers not only see their credit card statement, they can also quickly go to specific card applications with selected shortcuts. POS – Merchant Dashboard demonstrates summary of last day’s total transaction amount for combination of all POS terminals, average amount and transaction number for last 30 days and upcoming blocked payments. İşbank’s Commercial customers vary widely in POS usage, but these compact summaries enable all users to easily track their business performance. With My Loans Dashboad gives customers a comprehensive overview. Our commercial customers can check their all loans from İşBank, their total allowed loan limit and used loan limit at a glance. Also, with loan calculator they can pre-check the conditions for their next loan and apply it with a button. We also redesigned the main menu structure from scratch to satisfy the needs of our customers and also emerging new digital trends. The new structure prioritizes quick access to most used transactions, improved search capabilities and improved accessibility. Also our customers can create their own menu with their selected shortcuts. As İşbank, a 101-year-old company in 2025, we approached the new interface design as a blend of our cultural heritage and the latest UI/UX standards. We retained İşCep’s iconic transaction symbols and colours and merged them with newly designed rounded icons, moveable elements and customizable widgets. By seamlessly blending cutting-edge technology with user-focused design, we are not only reshaping the future of mobile banking but also reaffirming our commitment to delivering excellence in every customer interaction.
