SarAgency is more than an app; it represents the relocation of the entire insurance agency into the agent's smartphone. The objective is to ensure full operational capability "anytime, anywhere," breaking the tether to physical desks and legacy constraints by allowing agents to manage the policy lifecycle including the final signature through to payment collection. This innovation stemmed from direct agency network feedback, as agents required the flexibility to meet clients outside the office with professional-grade tools, drawing inspiration from the seamless experiences found in advanced mobile banking and digital retail. While the Italian market remains characterized by fragmented processes, SarAgency stands out as the first cloud-native, mobile-first solution to integrate hardware capabilities directly into the software. The platform enables consultation of claims, policies, performance bonuses (rappel), and commissions, alongside in-app payments (SoftPOS), NFC-based ID scanning (CIE), and the management of telematics devices (black boxes). This project is the hallmark of cross-functional collaboration between IT, Marketing, Sales, and the agents themselves, who actively co-created the user interface. The outcomes confirm the impact of this vision: 90% of our agencies have already adopted the platform. While hundreds of payments were already recorded during the pilot phase, these figures are now increasing exponentially since the nationwide rollout. Ultimately, SarAgency has successfully transformed the static agent into a dynamic and fully digital consultant.
