In Brazil, we have a large volume of claims for a mass-market product. Since the cost of insurance was significantly low, we knew that we had cases of fraud in our operation. However, due to the high volume of data, it was impossible to cross-reference all information to uncover these frauds. Therefore, we developed a solution that identifies the most likely cases of fraud for this type of product. In a project that took two years to choose the best fraud solution, we selected one that could handle our high volume of claims. With AI and APIs, we are now able to detect fraud in real time. FROPS, with its processing potential, was able to bring expressive results to a database with more than 10 terabytes of data.
