Simple, fast and transparent: The eSI mobile app enables claims experts to report claims right on the spot. Claims can be evaluated, reported and settled in one go! The app was developed be better serve our clients. eSI supports claims expert as they can take notes and pictures instantaneously while inspecting a claim together with the client. The next steps such as necessary repairs can be discussed right on premises. In addition, the client knows immediately which craftsmen will be mandated and has access to their contact details. The craftsmen on the other hand will be notified via the app that a new job is awaiting them. The long standing and established network of trustworthy cratsmen that Baloise has is made readily accessible for the claims experts through eSI. Thus customers don't have to look for craftsmen themselves and don't need to worry about comparing several offers. They are completely relieved from these tedious tasks thanks to eSI. Furthermore, the integrated construction cost plan helps to calculate the repairing costs due to benchmark prices. Upon request, the claims expert can transfer the cost contribution directly to the client's account and can thus conclude the claim in one go, even with the necessary signatures.
