The project AG Campus is a total renovation of the ground floor of the office building that was built in 1995 in Nieuwbrug, Brussels North area.
Sustainability is at the heart of the AG Campus, on different levels.
Firstly, on ‘environmental’ level, the large garden of 1500m² and green roof stimulate biodiversity in the city centre of Brussels. The building is heated with solar power and rain water is recycled and used for the sanitairy blocks. Moreover the green roof foresees extra isolation.
Secondly, on ‘social’ level (wellbeing), AG wants to provide his employees with a healthy and inspiring working environment. A lot of natural daylight and the sensation of open spaces stimulate informal interaction and connection. A place where continuous learning and development, inspiration and learning from each other takes place.
The AG Campus is also the starting point for reinventing our whole workspace. In the new world of working, after covid, we want to make sure the office experience meets the employees needs and stimulates connectivity, collaboration, belonging and efficiency.
Uniqueness of the project
AG as Great Place to Grow creates - besides the cultural aspect - also the venue to learn, connect and grow in an innovative, exciting and inspiring work environment. With 15 learning rooms, an incubation area, an auditorium and experimentation rooms, AG and his employees are ready to enable the future.
Finally, the AG Campus will also be the place where all business schools within AG Insurance that focus on learning will come together. Both the soft skills and the technical skills courses will take place in modern classrooms with the latest technologies.
