Creating new pathways for employee development in a hybrid working environment

Driven by the pandemic in 2020, we saw an opportunity to create more inclusive and equitable opportunities for all internal employees to advance their innovation and experimentation skills and mindset. Building upon a broader system of development opportunities that we previously built, we leveraged our teams expertise, to launch a fully digital 3-month rotational program for employees. The program aims to give employees an immersive hands-on experience with Liberty's incubation team, regardless of where participants are geographically located. As part of this program, employees have access to other learnings opportunities, including design thinking and hypothesis-based testing interactive bootcamps and curriculums. They are exposed to how we incubate and test new concepts in market and are encouraged to network and expand their connections across the organization. We are excited to be in a position where we can offer all employees similar development opportunities in a hybrid work environment!
