In 2022, Integrity launched its MedicareCENTER mobile app, giving agents the streamlined ability to offer comprehensive healthcare solutions, provide quote and enrollment offerings, gather leads and manage compliance straight from their mobile devices. This one-of-a-kind industry app gives insurance agents the ability to increase their efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism by creating a seamless way to complete paperwork and make updates while on the go. The app solves the problems of organization and time management that many agents face by including a real-time activity stream, enabling agents to easily track and store every call, document and update. In a sense, the new app can be dubbed the “Uber of the insurance industry,” giving agents the ability to toggle between settings of “I’m working,” or “I’m available to take leads.” Perhaps most importantly, the MedicareCENTER mobile app immediately allowed agents to remain compliant with a new cumbersome federal regulation, which required that agents track, record and store every client call for 10 years. The insurance industry was only given six months notice to become compliant with this regulation and many other players in the industry failed. Fortunately, Integrity was in the process of designing the app when this new regulation was announced and was able to quickly pivot the team to design and incorporate a Call Recording feature that would soon become an industry mandate —- giving all Integrity agents the technology needed to be immediately compliance, and saving them the stress and headache of determining how to stay compliant with the new regulation.
