The process is simple, intuitive, and seamless. No phone calls are required, no need to set a loss adjuster/surveyor appointment or to check multiple quotations.
To ensure the highest accuracy in valuation, predictive models and AI algorithms have been developed based on an extensive database taking into account over 40 years of experience in repair in kind, over 15 million claims, over 8 million goods database for content valuation, and exhaustive pricing lists with unitary costs per damage & repair.

MAvalue Selfcare is a unique web app in terms of immediacy, accuracy, and convenience. First, an intuitive path has been designed for the customer to provide information about the damage (through pictures or video uploading) and automatically receive confirmation of the coverage. No need to set an appointment with an adjuster to assess the loss. Secondly, the customer obtains immediate response about the coverage, followed by instant loss assessment and fair valuation of the damage. Once the customer accepts it, compensation is instantly transferred to its bank account!
During the whole process, the policyholder has full control.
