Our new mobile product recommendation engine, which is a significant innovation in our company's technology portfolio and will significantly improve our customer service, is based on two key components and has the potential to significantly increase personalized customer experience. The first component leverages advanced machine learning technologies to predict our customers' future product purchases. This model analyzes customer data, past purchasing behavior, and other important metrics to determine the most appropriate product recommendations for each customer. These predictions are performed using complex algorithms and allow us to accurately meet customer needs. The second component is the strategy to present these recommendations to customers in the most effective way. Our system optimizes the timing of customer interactions, reaching our customers at the most appropriate moments. This is critical to maximize customer engagement and increase customer satisfaction. Our model runs daily for all our active customers and identifies the most likely product recommendations with a multi-class classification approach. Product recommendations are provided to our customers through the Predictive Insight Area (PIA) in our mobile application as soon as the customer logs into the application. This innovation is a big step in increasing customer loyalty and accelerating our growth in the competitive market. With our innovative approach and customer-focused strategy, we aim to reach a leading position in the industry.
