1. This is the first analytical CRM in the public cloud among banks on the Polish market!

2. We have created an internal marketing team within the CRM structure (outside the structure of the Marketing Department at the bank), which creates all creatives for campaigns.

3. We increased the number of new formats in digatal banking (more than 50).

4. We have created new behavioral segment models, so that each segment has its own communication. Such an expanded division allows us to execute more than 3.5 thousand creations per month, and our goal is 10 thousand.

5. We conduct campaigns based on customer behavior, which deliver real-time communications.

6. We have introduced a modern and flexible solution based on AI automation using the Microsoft Azure cloud allowing us to process more than 12 billion pieces of information online.

7. We manage sales and relationship campaigns to build lasting customer relationships.

8. We have built a decision engine that selects the most tailored campaign for the customer at any given time.

9. We have created a tool that supports credit and operational risk management at the financial institution, selecting the most tailored campaign for the customer at any given time.
