Innovation presentation

The future of organisations lives in their ability to innovate and follow the market trends. To keep innovating we need to invest in the most important resource of any organisation: people! Investing in the recruitment of young talent is one way to get new ideas, but is not enough. Companies are finding it increasingly difficult to retain young capital. It is necessary to attract, involve and create a committed relationship that allows young talent to develop their skill and knowledge, and stay in the company for a long term. For that, two programmes have been created that allow a series of objectives to be achieved and that make these goals possible: a Interuniversity Data Science Competition, named "Make IT" and a Academy for Young Talents, named "inGenious". "Make IT" was born with the aim of creating brand awareness and attracting talent to the area of data science, a competition was held with data science challenges in the banking area. "inGenious" was born to attract and retain young talents for the areas that improve innovation for the bank, but also for the areas that guarantee information security and regulation, so important in banking. We believe this is a new approuch for the Innovation theme.
