At MBH Bank, our horizontal AI integration approach empowers every employee by immersing them in the technology integral to our future. We introduced 'FreeAgent,' a private ChatGPT-like AI tool and several document-based smart assistants developed in-house. These tools are designed to meet the unique demands of the banking sector, ensuring top security and compliance standards while using state-of-the-art technology.

To promote successful integration, we implemented a comprehensive educational program. It begins with introductory videos covering AI fundamentals and best practices, then progresses to in-depth instructional materials tailored to specific job roles. Regular webinars are held to share new information and practical examples, encouraging effective implementation throughout the organization. We have also developed a format for the management layer. During regular management dinners, we inform them about the current state of the technology and provide inspiring examples from both inside and outside the banking sector, showing how companies are utilizing GenAI. We also suggest a lineup of tools they should experiment with to personally witness the power of this technology.

Furthermore, our Ambassador Program demonstrates our dedication to helping individuals transition smoothly. Selected from our pool of bank employees who are early adopters and possess an innovative mindset, these ambassadors play a key role in offering advice and assistance to their peers, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident utilizing AI in their daily tasks. We also utilize discovery workshops with our ambassadors to identify real-world use cases where AI can make a difference. By working closely with our ambassadors in different departments and gathering feedback from their colleagues, we can tailor our AI solutions to address specific pain points and optimize processes for maximum efficiency. So far, our top use cases involve supporting our call centers, helping our data team create forecasts, and helping legal experts keep our organization updated with the latest changes in legislation.
