Innovation presentation

With the aim of streamlining the process that leads to the review of overdraft files and simultaneously reducing the number of files to be reviewed. The bank's choice was to want to change the approach to the topic of overdraft review from a scheduled review with fixed deadlines to a logic of event-driven reviews. The file is reviewed only when there are anomalies or deteriorations from the initial situation.
