Currently, KnowledgeAI is being used in our call center, in healthcare-related calls, providing quick access to essential information and streamlining workflows. The implementation of the platform has reduced service time, enhancing efficiency and customer experience. The project’s development involves the IT, Innovation, Operations, and Business departments, with early results showing increased productivity, reduced operational costs, and a strong foundation for future AI-driven advancements.
