Accident claims are notified digitally (70+%) by our customers in about 3 minutes. In case the customer attaches as well the medical report, simple accident claims are settled in minutes. The medical reports are automatically evaluated along with policy conditions. Series of automated checks are perform in order to assure the claim can be paid straigh away. Simple claims are then segmented and steered to dedicated handlers with all supporting information on one page including suggested compensation. It is a matter of minutes for the handler to approve the claim and settle.
