In order to sustain the company's growth and as part of our blue ocean strategy, we wanted to venture into niche and growing HNI and Ultra HNI customer segment. These customers prioritize their time and value exclusivity for convenience and peace of mind. Assisting them through the insurance process poses significant challenges to any insurance company due to the existing large customer base and complex nature of claims or services. This highlighted the clear need for an exclusive club/category of customers with high-sum insured needs, and providing them with exclusive services, leading to the launch of Privé, a curated suite of innovative and comprehensive insurance solutions, crafted with care and designed for exclusivity.
The Privé segment is distinguished by its innovative approach, which addresses the high coverage requirements across various insurance products. Privé empowers customers with exclusive access to a range of innovative products offered by the company. Examples include "My Health Care Plan," enabling personalized health insurance design; "Privé Car VPay," a unique and comprehensive vehicle damage cover; and "CyberSafe," for protection against evolving cyber threats in the digital space.
Customers are tagged in the CRM, with a dedicated Privé tag, and are provided exclusive/enhance customer experience. This “Privé” tagging flows across the internal modules like issuance, service, claims, renewals and user facing apps to provide priority service with pre-determined turnaround time (TAT) across the customer lifecycle stages. A dedicated team of highly trained experts, with extensive experience in servicing this segment, provides an exclusive experience following an escalation matrix tailored specifically for Privé customers, ensuring exceptionally swift service throughout the value chain.
