Innovation presentation

Concept and Objectives The "Cash in / Cash out" project aims to consolidate information from various systems to analyze credits and debits of current accounts for individual (PF), corporate (PJ), and government (GOV) clients. The objective is to offer personalized products and services by identifying specific client needs.

Reasons Behind The innovation was prompted by an immersion process where the development team interacted with clients to identify weaknesses, needs, and opportunities. The client needed to extract information from isolated systems to offer personalized products and services.

State of Competition The project is pioneering within the Financial Institution (FI) for consolidating information from various systems, making it unique compared to existing approaches in the organization or market.

Sources of Inspiration The immersion process, which included interviews and investigations, served as the primary source of inspiration. Historical data was used to identify trends and generate insights supporting strategic decisions.

Departments Involved The development area was responsible for the immersion process and implementation of the project. The client, DIMEP, was also heavily involved in the process.

Qualitative Outcomes: Provided a holistic view of clients' finances. Identified cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Enabled predictive models to anticipate clients' needs. Improved customer experience and operational efficiency. Transformed raw data into strategic information. Enhanced data analysis precision and speed through ML integration.

Quantitative Outcomes: Generated efficiency for DIMEP. Calculated efficiency gain of R$ 103,824/month. Automated work processes, saving 6 hours per day, 20 days per month for 1 year
