Innovation presentation

The project was born out of the Bank's need to be more precise and timely in granting and updating credit card limits for new and existing customers. Before this project, the Credit Card product used a rigid system that did not adapt well to different types of customers. Limits could take a year of use to meet the customer's needs, as they were gradually increased. Additionally, the interest rate was defined only by the card modality, resulting in rates that might not make sense for the customer's profile, and a customer could have more than one rate if they had more than one card modality.
