MLOps Vision is DenizBank’s enterprise-grade platform that automates and standardizes the AI/ML lifecycle—from development to deployment.

Faced with fragmented workflows across 120+ data scientists, DenizBank built a self-service MLOps framework on Red Hat OpenShift AI, featuring environment automation, GPU slicing, version control, and monitoring. Tailored for the scale and compliance needs of finance, the project was developed with Intertech and involved Data Science, and IT teams.

Key outcomes: -Model deployment time cut from weeks to days -Full team migration to the platform -Stronger efficiency, reproducibility, and governance
