As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency, we have leveraged the “Digital Document Certification” functionality provided by the Greek government, integrating it into an innovative application within the Bank’s systems.
This application enables the remote completion of tasks and sales with speed, security, and ease, both for the customer and the employee—eliminating the need for physical presence at the branch.
Specifically, the tool offers:
A simple, fast, and automated workflow for securely sending and receiving documents to and from the customer. Automated validation checks of digitally signed documents through the gov.gr platform. Historical tracking and traceability of all actions and data. Time savings for front-line staff and a streamlined service experience for customers. Decongestion of physical branches, enhancing flexibility and effectiveness in daily banking operations
