MillenetLink Lite Qorus-Infosys Finacle Banking Innovation Awards 2025

MillenetLink Lite is a service for corporate clients allowing to exchange data with bank even faster. Corporate clients can easily automate their transaction and billing processes. To use the service, they only need a Microsoft account with OneDrive. After granting the access for the bank, they only have to indicate the files and the folder on OneDrive to be exchanged. Then they should set and save the file exchange templates. Now the process of exchanging files with the bank is automated. The process offered is extremely secure. For the exchange of files between the Bank and the Client to be possible, it is necessary to configure the product in Millenet for Companies (online banking system). The configuration can be created by a Millenet user with the appropriate authorisation. The creation of a configuration consists of two steps:

• granting access to the Customer's account • creation of a file exchange category

Once the configuration is saved, the exchange of files between the Customer and the Bank becomes active. When the customer adds the payment file to the previously indicated folder, this file will be downloaded to the Bank. Once downloaded, the next steps in the process of importing the file are: • scanning the file by Antimalware; • saving the file to the database; • validation of the correctness of the file format; • validating the correctness of the payment data in the file; • saving the payment from the file to the database; • moving the file in the Customer's OneDrive from the folder from which it was downloaded to the Archive folder.
