Banking of the future is shaped not only by financial transactions but also by a human-centric approach that enriches and simplifies customers’ lives. Going beyond meeting financial needs, it’s crucial to be there for customers in their daily lives, providing innovative products and services that make everything easier. Super apps in the financial sector enable individual and commercial users to manage their savings, investments, payments, loans, cards, and other bank accounts. These apps also address non-financial needs related to families, vehicles, homes, travel, and shopping. By offering services that cover both banking transactions and life-cycle needs in one place, banks simplify customers’ lives and save them time. Customers can manage financial tasks like payments and insurance, as well as track important dates related to their vehicles or assess their car’s value. They can also handle home-related tasks, manage private pension accounts for their children, and even take care of their pets’ needs. Travel insurance, hotel reservations, car rental, booking flights and foreign exit fees can all be handled seamlessly. As a result, banks play a supportive role in customers’ everyday lives and significant moments, positioning customers not just as bank clients but as financial partners. We’ve embraced a model where initiatives understand and learn from each other, creating value together. Through collaboration with our bank subsidiaries and third-party companies, My Life with İşCep has created an ecosystem in our mobile banking app İşCep. Specifically, we integrated the SuperApp Development platform, which allows low-code application development, into İşCep to offer services from our subsidiaries and third-party firms to our customers. This integration structure, enabling rapid development of mini applications via a low-code platform, is a first in the Turkish banking sector. By implementing the My Car, My Home, My Family, My Travel and My Shopping menus, we enabled customers to perform relevant transactions through İşCep beyond traditional banking services. Nearly 6 million of our customers have interacted with the life areas provided by My Life with İşCep. The number of registered vehicles under My Car has reached 1 million, and over 140,000 homes have been added. Pazarama, vehicle appraisal, location information of towed-away cars, and parking lot viewing service mini apps have been used by nearly 800,000 users.
