Innovation presentation

The IAGen innovation involves the application of generative artificial intelligence to automate the evaluation of images used in the prospecting of banking correspondents, both internal and external. This facilitates the analysis of whether establishments meet the necessary requirements to act as bank partners. The main goal is to speed up and expand the image evaluation capacity, which was previously done manually by a team of analysts, making the process faster, more efficient, and scalable. This solution offers competitive advantages by reducing operational costs, shortening analysis time, and enabling Bradesco to expand its correspondent network more quickly without compromising evaluation quality. The motivation to develop this innovation emerged during a hackathon focused on generative AI, where the opportunity was identified to transform a bureaucratic and manual step into an automated process, directly improving productivity and stakeholder satisfaction. The departments involved include Expresso, responsible for managing banking correspondents, and the bank’s technology and innovation teams, who collaborated on the development and implementation of the solution. As a result, the process now supports a higher volume of daily evaluations with greater consistency and less human effort, strengthening the bank’s strategy to expand its operations efficiently and securely.
