Cloud in Action: New Tool for Managers Comes to Life with Accelerated Migration through Data Product Qorus-Infosys Finacle Banking Innovation Awards 2025

Cockpit is a strategic innovation by Bradesco that centralizes corporate data in the cloud and offers a modern, intelligent interface to support branch management—especially in serving the high-income segment, known as Principal. Developed on the Salesforce platform and driven by the “Change Movement” — an accelerator created to make the bank more agile, tech-driven, and competitive — the project aims to optimize operational efficiency and strengthen commercial governance. With real-time access to unified information, relationship managers gain speed, security, and accuracy in decision-making. Cockpit also acts as a driver of digital transformation, accelerating the migration of data to the cloud through practical, real-world use cases. The initiative involved multiple areas of the bank — including business, technology, innovation, commercial, HR, and branches — and was the result of an intense collaborative process with meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training. In total, over 2,600 improvement opportunities were mapped, with 850 prioritized. Among them, Cockpit stands out as a solution that places Bradesco ahead of the competition by offering greater efficiency, scalability, and customer focus.
