The projects consist of several innovative financial solutions designed to address key customer needs and drive business growth. The main objectives include increasing deposit growth, improving customer experience in payments and remittances, and streamlining insurance product purchases.
Strategic objectives of these projects: - ProSaver: To drive deposit growth and deepen customer loyalty in a competitive market. - UnionPay Multi-Currency Diamond Debit Card: To eliminate overseas transaction fees and meet rising customer expectations for secure, digital payments. - Remit Flexi & Remit Tracker: To enhance user experience in the remittance space through personalization and transparency. - Online STE: To reduce complexity and time in purchasing short-term endowment insurance products.
Main Results: • ProSaver launched with gamified savings features, resulting in increased deposit engagement. • UnionPay Debit Card is the first of its kind globally, offering 14-currency exchange and seamless e-wallet integration. • Remit Flexi & Tracker enhanced international remittance transparency and relevance, expanding to 8 major countries. • Online STE significantly reduced application time and improved customer adoption through a fully digital channel (from 45 minutes to 5 minutes on average)
