Innovation presentation

SinergIA is DKV’s strategic, company-wide programme designed to embed Generative AI into the organisation in a safe, responsible, and value‑driven manner. It helps all business areas address their operational and strategic challenges through two main pathways:
• The creation and deployment of AI Agents that automate, analyse or support complex processes.
• The development and use of high‑value prompts that enhance day‑to‑day productivity.

SinergIA provides governance, training, capability building, a structured model for prioritising use cases, and end‑to‑end support for developing GenAI solutions. Its goal is to multiply the organisation’s capabilities while reinforcing a culture of responsible innovation.

Within SinergIA, the Hack a Prompt initiative acts as a key activation mechanism. Rather than a separate programme, it is an essential part of SinergIA’s learning and adoption strategy. Hack a Prompt engages employees through experiential learning—helping them understand, apply and internalise GenAI skills in a high‑impact, collaborative environment.

In its latest edition, Hack a Prompt formed 22 cross‑disciplinary groups to solve seven productivity challenges: 1) Optimize your workday, 2) Instant meeting summaries, 3) Efficient email, 4) Express reports, 5) Technical language translator, 6) Internal content generator, and 7) Productivity coach. This structure ensured alignment with real organisational needs and enabled employees to co‑create solutions with direct applicability to their roles.

The initiative produced measurable impact: Copilot usage increased by 42% in the periods before and after Hack a Prompt, demonstrating significant improvement in AI adoption behaviour and sustained engagement across the organisation.
