Hybrid event (online across Brazil and in‑person in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Curitiba), held on November 11, 12, 13, and 18, 2025.
Its goal was to provide practical knowledge on generative AI and New Technologies through online solutions—live sessions and workshops—and hands‑on in‑person experiences in various formats: bootcamps, workshops, a gamer room, and interactions with robots.

It included:
28 Workshops/Bootcamps (online and in‑person) on the following topics:

  • CopilotChat

  • Copilot for Excel

  • Copilot for PowerPoint

  • AI Governance

  • AI Agents

03 live sessions:

  • Artificial Intelligence for Real Results with Tony Ventura

  • Prompts in Action with Bruno Rodrigues

  • The Future of AI with Thiago Viola: AI Director at IBM Brazil

In‑person Gamer Rooms in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Curitiba:

  • “Mission AI” game: an interactive game conducted in an immersive room (LEDs and sound) by the Univers Virtual Robot, where participants could playfully experience AI and learn more about it.

Interactive Physical Robots in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Curitiba:

  • Space Quadruped Robot: interactions in corridors, rooms, elevators, and building halls, inviting employees to join the activities.

  • Temi Host Robot: interactions in corridors, rooms, elevators, and building halls—welcoming employees and guiding them to the rooms of their chosen activities and other facilities such as restrooms and break areas with water and coffee—simply by speaking or tapping on its screen.

The event was conceived by Universeg (GBS Training), in partnership with the IT and Digital Transformation areas, and supported by the Marketing team.
What drove the event: to bring knowledge to our employees about AI tools—already a reality within GBS—and to present possibilities they can apply to their daily tasks.
Overall, the event totaled 4,268 participations.
