The initiative was designed to embed simplification, governed automation, and workforce empowerment into GIG Egypt Life Takaful’s operating model. through empowering our people under the End-User-Competency policy (EUC), the Low-Code-No-Code program has been introduced with the objective of end-to-end workflows re-engineeing and institutionalize operational discipline.

Core objectives included:

  • Eliminating non-value-adding process layers

  • Standardizing fragmented workflows through unified SOPs

  • Enabling business-led automation under governance

  • Improving SLA adherence and productivity

  • Embedding performance visibility through real-time dashboards

The initiative aligned with the company’s Operational Excellence and Governance pillars, ensuring digitalization was measurable, compliant, and financially aligned.
