Policy Pilot is designed to transform 20 million annual insurance communications from "flat" one-way broadcasts into active, transactional conversations. While traditional insurance chatbots are limited to general FAQs, Policy Pilot utilizes an Intelligence Control Engine (ICE) to integrate directly with the Mobility Policy Administration System.

This enables 2.5 million retail customers across Africa to perform complex, policy-specific tasks such as rescheduling missed premiums or amending policy benefits, directly via WhatsApp and in their own language.

For the first time, providers are able to pro-actively engage and manage lower income customers for value uplift.

We estimate $17 - $20 million of additional value for the provider per annum.
