The Beta Testers Program was created to reinvent how digital experiences are conceived and decided, positioning real users as co‑authors of solutions — not just final evaluators.
The initiative structures continuous participation throughout the development cycle, ensuring that critical experience decisions are based on real evidence before launch, reducing risk.
This perception is shared by participants themselves, who recognize their direct impact:

In 2025, in addition to customers, the program began incorporating brokers and people with disabilities (PWD), enabling co‑creation from multiple perspectives and raising standards of quality, accessibility, and clarity across digital journeys.
With a flexible methodological approach, the program supported more than 87 initiatives and became an organizational prerequisite for digital project quality.
The evidence generated began influencing strategic design and product choices, impacting business vision by reducing rework, saving effort, and strengthening customer loyalty.
