Innovation presentation

In October, Zurich transformed the Individual Life Insurance (Zurich Vida Para Você) sales process into a movement with tangible social impact. For every policy issued, two mammograms were donated to women in vulnerable situations, in partnership with the NGO Américas Amigas. And by adding critical illness coverage, a third donation was automatically included—all at no extra cost, with no additional bureaucracy, and without altering the daily routines of brokers or branches.

This simple yet highly strategic dynamic brought the business even closer to a greater purpose: expanding access to an essential exam for women’s health. The project mobilized teams, strengthened relationships with the broker network, and demonstrated in practice how financial protection can move hand in hand with the protection of life.

The results exceeded expectations. Engagement across participating areas surpassed the target by 128%, totaling 1,147 mammograms donated. Beyond the numbers, the initiative received dozens of heartfelt testimonials from brokers, reinforcing its human and social impact—and solidifying its value as an example of innovation, sensitivity, and effectiveness within the insurance sector.
