SofIA – Virtual Assistant GenAI Qorus-NTT DATA Innovation in Insurance Awards 2026

Already awarded second place in the Projeto Destaque Inovador do Ano 2025 of the Festival da Inovação Bradesco Seguros, 2025, this project is based on the premise of creating a generative artificial intelligence hub that consumes our internally approved technical documentation, such as contracts, routines, tables, and other documents specific to the reimbursement services routines for the insured. It provides greater clarity and agility in solving technical‑regulatory issues of all levels of complexity, enabling faster and more efficient analysis and responses to the insured.
The Architecture, Infrastructure, and Logical Security teams at Bradesco Saúde were involved, as well as the team responsible for maintaining the Bridge platform, allocated at Banco Bradesco. Additionally, the development and business teams from VS Reembolso - a value stream that includes agile teams within the Reimbursement Services Department of Bradesco Saúde.
The main results include a significant increase in NPS in the Reimbursement episode within the group, as well as clearer, more assertive, and more objective responses to the insured regarding the services provided.
