From agent- focused tools and messaging to ready-to-use customer-facing content, The Marketing Hub helps agents promote and sell Plymouth Rock products more efficiently, elevating their marketing strategy. With The Marketing Hub, Independent Agents now have a centralized location to quickly find relevant content such as brochures, agent guides, and product information. This one-stop shop provides agents with seamless, on-demand access to all marketing materials through an intuitive, easy-to-navigate, and fully searchable platform, ensuring they can quickly find the most up-to-date resources anytime they need them.
Since Plymouth Rock has agents in multiple states, their offerings may differ. In The Hub, they can find content tailored to the products they are authorized to sell in the states where they are licensed.
The introduction of The Marketing Hub is just one example of how Plymouth Rock consistently finds new ways to elevate agent communications. We built the platform with agents in mind first and foremost, intentionally solving the challenges they brought directly to us. The results speak for themselves. 58% of our agents now rank our digital tools as better than competitors’ or among the best in the industry, reinforcing that our investments are not only innovative, but meaningful and differentiating.
The Marketing Hub has been a long-awaited project that required much planning, organization, and effort from the Independent Agent Marketing Communications team. From the email team, to creative, to IT and web design, this project required all-hands on deck.
The reason for creating The Marketing Hub was to streamline communications with our Independent Agents and to make it easier and more efficient to use and explore our materials. Prior to its launch, it was not simple to search through our materials without clicking through multiple pages. Now, you can search for specific materials with one click.
We knew being able to find available materials was not simple and sought to figure out the best way to allow agents to find them with ease. The idea for The Marketing Hub stemmed from conversations with our agents. Some of our agents had told us about other interfaces that they found helpful, but not without issues. We used this idea as an inspiration while looking for solutions to the pain points agents had with the other platforms. Now, only six months since its launch, 58% of agents rank The Marketing Hub as better than our competitors’ programs or among the best in the industry. Their feedback is integral to our work and we continue to better our platform based on what we have learned from them.
