Accessible Facial Validation transforms one of the most critical moments in the digital journey: secure authentication. Before the project, traditional biometric flows presented significant barriers for people with disabilities, such as lack of clear instructions, incompatibility with screen readers, difficulties in positioning, and lack of feedback during the process — resulting in access failures, journey abandonment, and increased dependence on support.

The innovation introduced a new authentication model by integrating accessibility directly into the design of the solution, rather than as a later adjustment.
