What led to the creation of Bricks?
Most people would like to invest in real estate, which is a real social elevator. Unfortunately, many people do not have access to it due to the amount of the initial contribution, inability to secure a bank loan, long and complex procedures, and so on. This observation led me to create Bricks.co, a platform that finally makes real estate investment accessible to all.
Could you present Bricks's offer?
Bricks.co is a digital fragmented real estate investment platform, that works as follows:
1. Our team of experts selects and negotiates the acquisition of real estate in France and elsewhere in Europe.
2. The properties are put online on the platform and each investor can participate in the funding by buying ‘Bricks’, for a unit value of €10.
3. Bricks.co takes care of everything: the purchase of the property, the loan application, the rental and administrative management of the property, the work and maintenance. And every month, Bricks pays each investor an income based on the rents collected in accordance with his investment.
4. A marketplace allows the owners of ‘Bricks’ to resell them, and to benefit from the real estate capital gain.
What's coming next for Bricks?
Bricks.co has just financed its first property outside France, which is located in Portugal. We intend to continue our international expansion in two aspects:
- the sourcing of properties, which allows investors to buy properties all over the world directly on our platform
- access to real estate, allowing investors from other countries (Germany, UK, USA) to invest in real estate directly on Bricks.co
