This innovative service empowers individual customers to select subscriptions that best suit their needs, often at more favorable rates than their current plans. A dedicated Papernest advisor discusses household subscription expenses with customers, assists in comparing different offers, and handles all subscription and cancellation procedures. This not only leads to cost savings but also relieves customers of administrative hassles.
Papernest estimates that customers can save an average of 480 euros annually by making changes to their energy (electricity/gas) and telecom (mobile/internet) contracts.
Already available in select Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne branches, this service will be more widely accessible in the coming months. Customers can reach out to their bank advisors or visit their bank's website or app to connect directly with a Papernest advisor.
