With 600 agents handling thousands of interactions daily, traditional quality reviews based on limited manual sampling were inefficient and biased. The solution is an AI-driven platform that analyzes 100% of calls, delivering objective insights into both hard and soft commercial skills. It identifies winning behaviors, provides personalized feedback to agents, and equips supervisors with consistent, evidence-based guidance. The ambition is to democratize top-performer best practices across the organization. As a result, the project has reduced quality-analysis time by 95%, accelerated agent ramp-up, and established a fair, scalable, and data-driven commercial culture.
